Do wear comfortable clothing and warm socks. A blanket will be provided to help keep you warm. After a coffee or tea, we will chat about what situation or emotions brought you to set up an appointment. Your Session is done while you lay down on the therapy bed - fully clothed. At the end of your session I will ask you how you are feeling and if you would like to talk or share anything. Silence is also respected.
